Barbecue catering is our specialty. We take the fine tradition of Santa Maria style barbecue catering a step further. Our private chefs and personnel will attend to your every need. All you have to furnish are the guests with hearty appetites.

BILL OF FARE


$13.75 per guest for 1000 people & up

$14.50 per guest for 300 to 999 people

$16.25 per guest for 200 to 299 people

$18.50 per guest for 100 to 199 people

$20.75 per guest for 25 to 99 people

 

These prices include your choice of two meats, one side dish and one salad. Also included are ice tea, lemonade, rolls and quality disposable place settings.

 

Extra items may be added for an additional fee.

 

ALL meals are served buffet style.

 

A 15% service charge will be added to events requiring more than two hours serving time. Gratuities not included.
